Emiliano

Emiliano Void is the founder and CEO of nuwave Equity Corporation, a social innovation technology firm. He is responsible for the coordination, development, and implementation of systemic solutions that address systemic issues.

The approach that Emiliano and the nuwave team leverages has led to transformational impact in communities, global organizations, as well as entire industries.

From the creation of mentorship programs for Black youth, to producing the flagship event for Black History Month for the state of Vermont, to founding a national non profit to tackle systemic racism, his efforts have been recognized through the Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility’s 2022 Young Changemaker Award, the Small Business Administration’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year for 2024, and as a Vermont Rising Star.

Meaghan

As a teenager on the streets of Montreal, Meaghan encountered many Canadians of various ages, experiencing homelessness. Aside from the historical stigma around homelessness, she knew little about the root causes or solutions, and even less about the humans behind the faceless.

Her  life journey brought her to the doorstep of the largest adult homeless shelter north of Boston, a decade ago, and so began her personal and professional mission to make a difference in this world.

Understanding how organizations function, from a human perspective, is what directed her to Human Resources. Having the opportunity to support others in their professional growth, while adding a humanistic approach to developing our most valuable asset; people, has been her greatest opportunity to date.

She look forward to bringing her educational background, work experience, and heart to her work with nuwave.
