Behavioral Science Consultant nuwave

Originally from New Jersey, I am a recent graduate of Brown University with a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience. I am pursuing a Master of Public Health in an advanced program, with a thesis focusing on mental health promotion for queer collegiate athletes. During my time at Brown, my involvement has spanned Athletics, Greek Life, and research. As a four-year member of the Varsity Field Hockey team, I spent a significant amount of time working with Brown Athletics. I was both the Co-Founder and Co- President of Student Athletes for Mental Health Awareness (SAMHA) as well as an Ambassador for the Student-Athlete Gay Alliance (SAGA). Outside of athletics, I served as a New Member Leader for Zeta Delta Xi, a local queer fraternity at Brown. I also worked at the Weight Control and Diabetes Center, affiliated with Brown Albert Medical School, on a pilot weight loss intervention for LGBQ+ women. During my senior year, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Psychology and Public Health Departments. I am excited about the opportunity to work at nuwave!
