Identifying and solving DEI issues in the workplace

NorthCountry Federal Credit Union Partners with nuwave to Collect and Analyze Workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Metrics

Vermont Business Magazine NorthCountry Federal Credit Union has partnered with nuLogic, a division of nuwave Equity Corporation, to measure and improve its DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) efforts.

“We’re excited to have the metrics in place to measure how well we’re addressing DEI at NorthCountry. With nuLogic’s help, we can identify and resolve areas where we fall short, and then measure the impact of the solutions developed to address them,” said Bob Morgan, NorthCountry’s CEO.

By collecting and analyzing a comprehensive range of DEI data, nuLogic will provide the credit union with unique insights into how it performs when viewed through a DEI lens, as well as insights into HR processes such as payroll, turnover, recruitment, and advancement. The organizations will then work together to identify and ultimately resolve current inequities.

“Most organizations know that DEI and workforce retention are issues that they need or want to address, and these issues require structured, detailed, and sustainable strategies rooted in accurate and simple data that serves as the catalyst for change,” says Emiliano Void, CEO of nuwave Equity Corporation.

NorthCountry expects to receive the results of its first DEI audit by the end of 2022 and being implementing solutions to the findings in 2023.
